Cloud 9 Vets made a really difficult procedure go as smooth as possible. The vet was very patient, calm, understanding and considerate. She walked us through the process, gave us plenty of time to comprehend and answered any questions we had. We were very upset of course, and she made everything quick and simple.

We were faced with the sad decision of having our beloved dog Merlin put to sleep & it was made a lot easier being able to do this at home.Zoi was so lovely, she made us feel so relaxed & at ease. She talked us through the process & answered any of our questions. I contacted Cloud 9, as my own vets were too busy to come out to the house to allow our beautiful girl Saffie to pass in peace at home. It’s obviously an incredibly sad time, but the whole process was dealt with very sensitively, from the first phone call to the return of her ashes. He explained the process, what may happen, how she may react, and then he gave us as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes.

Henry who came out to us was lovely given the circumstances. Very reassuring and understanding in one of the most difficult times! Gave us the time needed with our dog Poppy before we had to say goodbye. Cloud 9 came to send my beautiful boy on his journey over bridge.

We wanted him to be in his home surrounded by the people who loved him. Speaking to Elsa who arranged an appointment for our requested day with compassion. Sorry I didn't get the lovely ladies name that did the procedure my head was elsewhere as expected. From first contact there was compassion and reassurance that I had made the right decision for her. Max was nearly 15 years old and loved by the family and extended family, his presence will be missed, using Cloud 9 meant we could all be with him and show him the love and respect he deserved.
Our home is our dog’s safe space and allowing them to stay in it during this moment can be a wonderful thing. One of our care coordinators would love to help. You can start by preparing the place your dog will take its last breath and make sure the room is calm.
If you are unsure as a pet guardian where or how to make that final step, I can’t recommend Cloud 9 vets more highly. More people need to know about this small team of genuinely compassionate people. Thank you cloud 9 vets you really are amazing the vet was absolutely lovely caring and compassionate. The gift of a peaceful end when your loved pet is no longer comfortable with their life is a final act of respect and kindness.
I was so worried beforehand and never wanted to have to take Willow to a clinic at the end, so I am so glad I found Cloud 9 Vets. I never thought the end of a life could be so gentle and perfect. Thank you so very much, from the bottom of my heart. Unfortunatley the Vet wasn't available for a last minute emergency euthansia appointment.
We can’t thank Cloud 9 enough for the excellent service we received during the hardest decision we have ever had to make. The compassion shown from the first phone call made with Vicki to Henry the Vet coming out and helping make our beautiful boy’s goodbye the best we could, will never be forgotten. We feel the ending had to be so special and the best for our beloved Henry. To be able to choose the care and place is the most beautiful way we could have said our goodbyes.
Despite this, Jennifer the carer was very professional and kind and tried her very best for us. Our cat is now at peace it was a peaceful passing and I want to thank Cloud 9 and Jennifer for trying so hard for him today and being such a lovely compassionate person. Fantastic service start to finish, Professional and so understanding. The Vet Zoi who came out to help send our boy across the rainbow bridge was lovely, professional and made things a little less hard. They made one of the hardest things we have ever had to do straight forward and gave clear explanations aswell. Would recommend to anyone who is having to consider sending a loved pet to sleep.
